Me On The Radio - 10th Dec [Last Show!]
For the last time...

I'll be on ABERDEEN STUDENT RADIO this Monday (10th December) from 4 'til 6pm with my lurv-ah-ly co-hosts, Lottie & Sandy. You can listen HERE and see pictures of us, at it, HERE. It's a Christmas special so get prepared to hear two hours of 'festive' fun.

[Geek]Hold on, those windows aren't the right size....[/Geek]

The BEEB showed a teaser trailer for the DOCTOR WHO Christmas Special, "Voyage Of The Damned", last night. You can see it HERE. Not sure if you can view it from outside the UK though, as many readers are. In a nutshell, it's one shot of KYLIE, one shot of DAVEY T and then the shot you can see above - the TITANIC. As many of us guessed, it ain't the real Titanic (it never sailed during Christmas) but a STARSHIP TITANIC à la DOUGLAS ADAMS. THE SUN has posted more on the EASTENDERS/WHO crossover HERE. Groan! Ah, since writing this, I see someone has posted the aforementioned teaser on YOUTUBE. Dunno how long it will stay up for, but here it is anyway:

On the gossip front, PHILIP PULLMAN has said he wants to write an episode for the show - see HERE. Now, without wanting to seem mean and bad-spirited, please don't. Having just witnessed the abortion that was THE GOLDEN COMPASS, I feel it would be best if you just effed off for a while. Dust? Dust??!!! Spack-off you moron! I realise I probably should not put the blame at his feet but I was gobsmaked to learn that the film was based on an actual novel and not just a megamix of HARRY POTTER, LORD OF THE RINGS and a squadge of NARNIA thrown in too. My full thoughts on this 'film' will come in my normal blog post in a couple of days. Heads up though - it is flippin' atrocious.

A poor, a very poor man's, TILDA SWINTON.

Tune in, dinkle out.
C.
