THE HATH! CATHY T!! SARAH MARSHALL!!! INDY!!!!
Exclamation Marks!

"Look, I know I seem to captured all the time..."

Yup, that's a new picture of THE HATH from THE DOCTOR'S DAUGHTER. It screens tomorrow and my trousers are tightening at the very prospect of seeing GEORGY M getting all tough 'n' that. CATHY T robbed by the man she lurves, ROBBIE "I Heart UFOs Now Apparently" WILLIAMS? See HERE. Without wanting to sound cliched, what a fahking liberty!

CATHY T at the actual event back in '05

Movie~wise, I got round to seeing what people in the UK call, "That Russell Brand Film". In other words, FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL. Surprisingly good it was too. I found the cast to be genuinely amusing (with one notable exception, the lead guy's step~brother), immensely likeable and fresh. The story itself seems risible and hackneyed but the journey it takes is most unusual for this genre and, without spoiling it, the ending was what I wanted but didn't think for one moment they'd actually do. Full marks for that. Even fuller marks for the JASON "Teen Wolf 2" BATEMAN cameo at the end!

3~D comic character?

The soundtrack had some interesting inclusions, BELLE & SEBASTIAN for example. Not the kind of tune you expect to hear in Hawaii. Brand's faux songs, with his band INFANT SORROW, are good too. Instantly memorable and I found myself humming one of them on the way home (though I had heard it on his radio show some time ago). Slightly reminiscent of early MORRISSEY. Sadly, though, the direction is incredibly poor. First time director he may be but that does not excuse simple continuity and editing gaffs that persist throughout. His shot~reverse~shots were disgustingly bad (the cast's expressions and placings were all over the shop). In the hands of EDGAR WRIGHT, this could have been a masterpiece.

Bloody hell, she's a riiiiiide!

Finally, some more pics from INDIANA JONES AND THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL have been released. Enjoy these and remember to click on them for way bigger and way juicier versions.

Note Georgey~boy's T~Shirt

Cirkey, get her on DOCTOR WHO! I'm in lurve!

With all this hot~chick action, I don't know how I'll get through it!

Sir Alan fired both of them!

Lurve the hair George. Someone got a crush?

Not quite a geek, not quite a hunk, it's Shia LaBeouf. At Indy's ass!

'Til the next time,
C.

I'm not normally one to get all ZOMFG!! over what famous people wear, but I'd like to point out that I have the same tee as Lucas and it says "Han shot first".

Too late to make a big deal out if it now, Georgie! You bastardised and sanitised the originals! Don't start trying to pander us now!

    It is a cool shirt.

Coincidentally, in an episode of TWO AND A HALF MEN, Charlie Sheen wore a shirt that I also own.

    Yes, I am ashamed.

Cathy T's commentaries are great. Especially the one for The Doctor's Daughter.
