"It Was Old Style Paedo~ing, Before It Got Such A Bad Name"
Nice line from Mark in PEEP SHOW to start this post.

Are they adopting THE EDGE now?

Much better from these guys tonight, again returning to the first series form with the afromentioned Peepster meeting a girl, getting [it] on with her and then akwardly breaking up. Nice to hear the expression Fuck Bunker back in the vernacular too. That's how I referred to my first wife's bottom! Also nice to hear Aberdeen get name~checked in the show again. It made me hoot when Johnson used to say it. So erotic...

Reg gets a rare chance to speak. Bloody racists!

BILL BAILEY, pictured above, made a triumphant return in another excellent edition of HAVE I GOT NEWS FOR YOU? along with REGINALD D. HUNTER. I did a few gigs with him back in the early Noughties. Nice guy, great times.

Nice earring Hazza!

On the old downloads, THE OFFICE returned to its classic days with 100% hilarity. Though there does seem to be some storylines creeping in - Jim is trying to well at his job; Pam may be going elsewhere; and Dwight and Angela look like they're getting back together. Next week's the flippin' 'finale'!

Nice face Shazza!

Speaking of next week's the finale, LOST is also coming to its denouement. A much better episode this week, not broadcast yet in the UK so avoid the next paragraph if you don't wish to know anything about it.

Nice patriotism Dazza!

It's a Locke~centric one asking yet more tantalising questions about his place in the story. The bad guys on the boat get their freak on; the cabin makes an appearance along with an intriguing re~appearance of two characters; and Jacob tells Locke what to do - and it involves moving the flippin' island! - all setting up one doozy of a finale (hopefully).

Nice cap, erm, Nazza?

Music~wise, I 'got' the latest from NEIL DIAMOND and pretty damn good it is too. Lots of great tunes though the production does get a bit wearing. I mean, twelve tracks of an old guy playing an acoustic guitar in his bedroom? Come on! By the end of it I was hoping for some Sweet Caroline style moments. But well worth a listen nonetheless. Here's the new one~sheet for the new flick from MIYAZAKI, it's PONYO ON THE CLIFF BY THE SEA.

Trailer~time, you can see the two new THE DARK KNIGHT 'TV Spots' HERE and the trailer for HOW TO LOSE FRIENDS & ALIENATE PEOPLE can be seen HERE. Looking forward to it, the book is excellent and it's got SIMON PEGG in it. And finally, here's the trailer for THE X FILES: I WANT TO BELIEVE. Wish they'd called it I Want To Break Free.

'Til the next time,
C.
