Crikey!

You may remember THIS post back in 2006 where SKY mooted a remake of THE PRISONER. Well that seemed to disappear but it now looks like it's back on. Not only that, it seems I missed THIS particular piece of news (reporting the rebooted remake) which was published in April this year! That's exactly the sort of thing I'm looking for on the flippin' internet! Anyway, there's an even more recent update than that. Go HERE to find out that SIR IAN MCKELLEN will play NO. 2 and JIM CAVIEZEL will play NO. 6 in six one hour episodes. The ITV production (cue groans) starts filming in August and they're are calling it a "pacey, radical reinvention of the original show."
